With the rapid development of modern society,the rapid growth of business,gradually from a single,simple project development to the status of multi-project,and its own projects become more and more complex,in the implementation process of many uncertain factors Has become extremely complex,resulting in many projects appear serious delay phenomenon.How to coordinate the internal and external relations of many projects and the dynamic interaction between the risk factors,making the risk of various risk factors to reduce the loss caused by the scale of control is particularly necessary.H companies are in a period of rapid development and many projects are in a state of parallel development.In the past,it was difficult to accurately determine the size and impact of multi-project risk factors by using the method of single project management.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a system that can dynamically evaluate and prevent more The occurrence of risk events in the process of project management makes the prevention and control of the overall risk of multi-project progress and the overall goal achieved.In this paper,we use the theory and practice method to apply the modern project management knowledge system.By combining the current status of risk management of A and B projects in H corporation and jointly managing A and B projects,this paper provides a multi-project coordination management Ideas,but also to improve the efficiency of scientific research and production and market competitiveness forward-looking significance.The main contents of this paper include: Firstly,it introduces the background and domestic and international management trends of multi-project progress risk management;sorts out the relevant theoretical data needed for the research of this paper,and analyzes the differences between single-project and multi-project management;Through the analysis of multi-project characteristics,it is necessary to carry out the schedule risk management of A and B related projects.On this basis,the Delphi method is applied to carry out all the risks affecting the progress of A and B projects and to establish the multi-project progress risk assessment index System;Again Delphi method is used to carry out priority analysis to find the risk level larger to build a new evaluation index system,the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to draw the comprehensive evaluation results and index analysis of the four risk factors;finally according to the actual Of the evaluation results put forward corresponding A,B related project schedule risk control measures.
