A Study On Multi-Project Management In The Small Tolling Companies

Under the circumstance of rapid economic growth in China, the project management skill of small tolling companies is very low. It is a main obstacle for such companies to increase their competence abilities of such companies in the market. The core question of the research is about how to improve the management skill of small tooling companies, especially in terms of multi-project management.The research is based on empirical materials. First, this paper analyses the situation and problems faced by those small factories. Then, the author talks about the cause of such problems and suggests new strategies and plans to deal with these problems and improve multi-project management skill. For realizing such goal, it is important to construct multi-project management which is based on multi-level project management organization structure. At the same time, we should also put organizational structure of the company and program organizational structure into together and seek unity of performance goal of the company and individual goal of workers. Through the study of experience of the tooling department of company XX, we have tested that this strategy can improve the multi-project management skill.
