This article is based on Petro China Anhui sales branch stations and oil depotsmaintenance and transformation projects which Daqing Oilfield Construction GroupCo., Ltd.2rd Oil Construction Company11th agency contractsfor. Focusing on the catching up schedule phenomenon because of management isunavailable in construction site, it relies on the theory of multi-project managementand related theories about project management, analyzes the problems in theconstruction process, proposes solutions. All above lead to Project HSE controlled,quality standards, duration ahead, strong ability of project creation, company socialawareness Enhanced.According to the similar characteristics of the gas station project and the gasstation project monomer is characterized by a clear division of professional projectdepartment in this paper, as well as combined with the characteristics of calculatingthe characteristics of multi-cycle contract gas station project at a time, in acombination of project management theory, multi-project management theory thebasis of scientific planning of gas station construction project in the same relativefixed period, reasonable arrangements to achieve the purpose of full load operation ofthe existing construction machinery, construction workers, transport equipment andother fixed resources to improve project performance ability.The introduction part of this article describes the unit owners and generalcontracting management unit cooperation、general contracting management units andsubcontractors cooperation and monomer gas stations characteristics of the construction project.Article in the second section describes the status of the project departmentcontracts the gas station project at the present stage, proposes the specific issues needto be resolved in the day-to-day management.In the third chapter, the article will focus on the definition, characteristics anddifferences of project management and project management, and apply knowledge ofproject management organizational structure analysis the issues raised in the secondchapter. The author combines with the existing resources, drawn into groups on thegas station project, focusing on the need to address the construction behind scheduleand construction costs caused greater problems. A simple comparison of the Ministryof the project under construction project in the last section of this chapter, and cometo the practical use of multi-project management and the expected quality, schedule,safety, performance ability of project management has certain advantages.In the fourth chapter from the schedule planning method, plan implementation,plan to adjust the direction of several aspects, the author elaborated in the group gasstation construction project implementation process, the construction schedule controlprocess, need to do what kind of work to reach the planned and actual unified effect,only the plan and actual, direct project cost is reduced, the project achieves effectability increases.In the conclusion part of the article, multi-project management theory is suitablefor group gas stations construction project management. Multi-project managementtheory mainly controls the progress of group gas stations construction project, its corework is to improve the project creating ability.
