So, the enterprise wants to survivein the competition, improve staff skills through training, increase the enterpriseknowledge, is a kind of effective way. As a high-techenterprise, product development has always been the core of its survival anddevelopment, so how to improve the quality of personnel of research anddevelopment are imminent.Medicin Resaerch Institute of GenSci Co.
