Nowadays,with the high speed development and profound revolution, multipolar and information has become a subject of the world.The workers are facing more and more pressure of the work which impact every aspect of life.It will be accidental damage to the employee health and the development of the organization. In china, SMEs are an important pillar of the national economy, but their employees generally bear the greater pressure.The pressure of work in SMEs is one of the major factors with So reducing the staff's pressure has become the key issues of china's current human resources management.The author based on the Pretheoretical Study of Occupational stress,maked the staff of shanxi SMEs as the sample and used SPSS For Windows 17.0 to analysis the dates.We found that our SMEs'work pressure on the overall level is more than moderate;work pressure source mainly concentrated in the organizational atmosphere, career development and the work. Staff faced with pressure generally take an instinctive reaction,they lack techniques of response to the pressure of work.Organizational level stress responses are also limited to some basic cultural and sports activities.they lack stress assessment and management system. After researching work pressure of SMEs , we have to focus on the scientific work stress response and management measures that will give small and medium enterprises some help.
