With the acceleration of global economic integration, rapid development of China’s socialist market economy, competition among Chinese enterprises becomes more intense. To maintain the competitiveness of enterprises, scale cutting, and flat has become the focus of enterprise reform, at the same time, enterprises also need to face greater pressure, and they often feel the increased difficulty and rhythm in the work. the field of management science, psychology, sociology has been already began to pay attention to work stress.it also become a hot issue of common concern in today’s society, we focus on and study work stress because the excessive work pressure is not only cause great harm to physical and mental health of employees, but also have a negative impact on organizational performance.With the development of information technology, the service industry has caused great impact on the industry of our country, but the second industry still plays a important role in the national economy. Because of the particularity of manufacturing enterprise content and environment, so the stress problem, attention and research of industrial enterprises to enhance work efficiency and organizational performance are significant. He particularity content and environment in manufacturing enterprise, so we need to attention and research the enterprise employees stress of industry. Enhance the efficiency of staff and organizational performance.This paper is based on the previous theoretical study, to investigate the job stress of XX company by the questionnaire and interview methods, we find that working load and longer working hours, working environment and lack of internal in the channel is the main sources of work pressure. The pressure management is mainly not to construct the system of human resource management system, organizational level also lack of the formal pressure management and evaluation system.The whole problem is not paid enough attention and investment in staff stress management. This research adopts a statistical data analysis of the main factors which causing the staff working pressure. To study and verify the relationships between stressor and stress reaction at the same time to work. On the basis of practical experience of stress management in the country, the based on the practical experience of external pressure on the domestic, according to the theory of EAP, we put forward the corresponding strategy of the enterprise employees stress management, from the angle of the organizations and individuals. Hope to provide the basis for the enterprise human resources management, and provide the reference for the further implementation of the working pressure management.
