Work Stress means the incitants related to work, which change employees physiological actions and bring the pressures to their mental. Shanghai Changjiang Shipping Corporation under the guidance of CSC Group strategy promotes its resources reorganization and industrial progress. The young employees as an important part of human resources, their minds behaviors will be influenced by the company's immense changes, and then react to the company's operations.In this study, we selected a questionnaire of young employees' work stress on the basis of existing work stress theories and interviews. We chose 86 young employees form Shanghai Changjiang Shipping Corporation as our research object. Then we analyzed the structure and features of young employees'work stress to find the main work stressor. The analysis shows the work stress is in the middle-level for young employees of SOEs during consolidation and regrouping stage. Career development is the main work stressor for young employees, on the contrary, responsibility to others brings a low stress to young employees. Gender, age, education degree, positions and sections difference for the level of work stress. But there is no marital status difference for all work stressors.In conclusion, this study explored work stress of young employees comprehensively, and put forward some feasible suggestions for company and employees individual, in order to give some effective suggestions to SOEs'human resource management.
