The progress of globalization of markets and the status of China's economic transition have brought increasing competition among enterprises. Meanwhile, employees are facing mounting pressure when having more opportunities. In this thesis, focusing on the new employees, the author takes S company in Beijing as the object of study and hopes to propose specific strategies for the work stress management from the organizational level through the analysis of the individual cases, which can alleviate the new employee's pressure and increase working efficiency and job satisfaction. The result of analysis also can absorb and retain more creative talents, improve their overall performance and competitiveness. Meanwhile, it provides effective reference for other companies in solving work stress management of the new employees.This study adopts both the means of theoretical analysis and empirical research.In theory, this thesis focuses on the basic theory of human resource management and organizational behavior. On the basis of the previous study of work stress management, the author defines the concept of stress, work stress, source of work stress and new employees; then, elaborating on the Relevant theoretical overview of work stress and work stress management and set up a theoretical foundation for empirical research.In the empirical part, the author interviewed some new employees of S company in Beijing about work stress, analyzed ex-employees' database, designed work stress source and gave out work stress questionnaire. Adopting the SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis software to analyze the questionnaires by Descriptive statistical analysis, Variance analysis and Correlation analysis, the author summed up the impact of the work stress source of the new employees, got the in-depth understanding of the work pressure of new employees and found the main reason affecting the working pressure. Finally, the author proposed specific practical work stress management strategies in the organizational level for the S company.
