Since the reform and opening up,China's economic level has risen rapidly,and the financial industry has developed rapidly in this context.In the financial industry,insurance is an important sector.With the development of insurance industry,the pressure of competition is increasing.In recent years,with the industry reform,the pressure of insurance industry employees is further increased.It is not only necessary to deal with complex work to meet the needs of customers,but also necessary to learn new knowledge in time to keep up with the pace of industry changes.The status quo of the overall work pressure of insurance employees is grim,and the negative impact of work pressure on employees and enterprises is double.On the one hand,the excessive work pressure will affect the physical and mental health of employees,resulting in the inability of employees to devote themselves to work;on the other hand,the excessive work pressure of employees will reduce the work efficiency of employees,which will have a negative impact on the enterprise and reduce the execution of the enterprise.Therefore,it has become an important topic in related research fields to study the source of work pressure and take effective measures to reduce work pressure.In this context,this paper investigates the sources of work pressure of insurance employees,and puts forward mitigation measures.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of work pressure,work pressure source and work pressure influence,analyzes the research status of work pressure in insurance industry,and expounds the related theories of work pressure.On this basis,based on the theory of work stress,a work stress questionnaire is designed and used to investigate the current situation of work stress of insurance employees.At the same time,the pressure perception,self-efficacy,job satisfaction and organizational commitment of insurance employees are investigated.Combined with the final data of the questionnaire survey,SPSS and other statistical software were used to analyze the statistical results,aiming at the six dimensions of the source of work pressure of insurance practitioners,including: external environment pressure,occupational dependence pressure,work task pressure,organizational environment pressure,interpersonal relationship pressure,occupational development pressure,and the relationship between them and the overall pressure sense of employees,and between them and the pressure perception of employees.At the same time,it further analyzes the relationship between enterprise change and change factors,self-efficacy,job satisfaction,organizational commitment and pressure sources,pressure perception.Finally,based on the analysis of the causes of employee's pressure in the insurance industry,this paper proposes targeted improve-ment measures from the organizational and personal levels.This paper puts forward specific suggestions to effectively alleviate the work pressure of employees in the insurance industry in China,which is helpful to improve the work pressure of employees in the insurance industry and has practical significance for the development of the whole industry.
