From a global perspective, the telecommunication industry is the most dynamic and potential industries. Especially in recent years, the telecommunications industry production value grows quickly, and continue towards multimedia, the popularization and Globalization Strategic direction. At present, more than 80% of the global population both in cellular network coverage, mobile broadband began to become the carrier of mainstream business,3G network has gradually become the main means of Internet access. In China, a solid customer base and good economic situation for telecom operators to bring great development space and huge profits, along with competition in the telecommunications market to further introduce, intense competitive environment makes the telecom operators to recognize the user’s loyalty is the enterprise survival and development of the fundamental. How to develop the number of users and to optimize the user experience, how to develop the business and control risks of enterprises, telecommunications operators have been very concerned about the core issues. BOSS as a carrier based information construction project, can help enterprise managers understand the overall operation status, and activate the business opened, management of equipment operation and transmission, accounting for product cost and income, ultimately achieve the construction of a complete set of business & operation support system (BOSS) is the fundamental purpose of. Based on the theoretical analysis and case studies, detailed explanation of the BOSS software enterprises in product and service marketing process, using project risk management theory, methods and tools of risk, risk identification, risk assessment, risk control and risk control process. The conclusion of the study on the telecommunications industry software market development as well as the telecom operators, BOSS factory management has a certain referential significance.The first chapter introduces the research background and the significance, the content and research direction and train of thought, followed in the second chapter the concept of risk, risk identification, risk assessment and attributes, the specific risk control methods are introduced, followed by a brief introduction of the BOSS concept, structure, function and construction. The third chapter on BOSS projects of telecom operators in the marketing process of various risks are analyzed and summarized, and combined with the project risk management theories, tools and methods, the risk identification, assessment, control and monitoring. Chapter fourth through a practical project example this paper explains the purpose of the project, foundation of theory pays more attention to study the method and strategy. In this paper, on the basis of theoretical analysis, in combination with the working practice, try to be innovative in the following aspects:the BOSS software enterprises in product marketing process, combined with project risk management methods, to face the risk of risk identification, risk assessment and risk control, grasp the marketing risk management principles and the concept of marketing activity each link, can greatly reduce the cost of enterprise marketing risk, in intense market competition remain invincible.
