Talent and personnel training are becoming increasingly important with the rapid economic development. China is also from a large human resources country to strong country of human resources. Enterprises are gradually focused on the management of human resources especially pre-service training for new employees in order to adapt to this environment and enhance competitiveness. The pre-service training for new employees is the beginning and also an important part of the whole training system. From the beginning of the new employees training to the whole training system, enterprises not only focus on skills training but also enhance the identity, responsibility and loyalty of new employees. The emphasis of training is expanding from the level of knowledge and skills to a higher level of culture.The importance of training is acknowledged and human is regarded as an important resource by every enterprises. Although training may seem similar, but different industry characteristics exist due to the difference of district and industry. The implementation of training process in coastal areas and larger enterprises is relatively easier than in central region and small and medium-sized enterprises.Although commercial enterprises in Anyang City develop rapidly due to a good environment provided by the central region, but the pre-service training is not completed very well. The pre-service training is very important for both the development of enterprises and employees as training will enhance the overall level of employees and competitiveness of enterprises. Also, play an important role in this sustainable, healthy and rapid process of development.Based on the existing vocational interest theory, management theory and cultural theory, determine the importance of training by analyzing the status and influencing factors of the pre-service training with literature analysis method and descriptive study method. Take the commercial enterprises in Anyang City as examples. First, introduce the status of the pre-service training in this area and analyze the problems in the process of enterprise development. Secondly, conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze the influencing factors. Lastly, make some countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the pre-service training. Through this study, I hope my views and suggestions are able to provide some reference to help the practice of the pre-service training and promote the work of the future training.
