In a more and more fierce market enviroment,corporate culture is increasingly valued by corporate managers and academia.Corporate culture can,to some extent,affect employees' performance and,in turn,have an effect on overall corporate earnings.By analyzing the role and influence of corporate culture in employees'performance,finally the improvement project can get enhanced and the profit will increase.Firstly,this paper analyzes the influence factors of employees' performance,the composition and level of corporate culture,and the impact of corporate culture on employees' performance.Based on this,empirical analysis is used to study the relationship between corporate culture and employees' performance.This paper has developed a staff performance scale,a corporate culture scale,and a corporate cultural identity scale.The staff performance scale includes three aspects:knowledge and skills,work attitude,and system implementation.The corporate culture scale includes enterprise management characteristics,organizational leadership,and There are five aspects of enterprise-to-employee management,corporate strategic goals,and corporate-to-customer attitudes;the corporate cultural identity measurement table contains four aspects:cognitive level,emotional level,behavioral level,and socialization level.Paper-related questionnaires,e-mails,and online questionnaires were used to collect relevant data.500 questionnaires were distributed and 425 valid questionnaires were collected.The reliability of this scale is between 0.7-0.83,and the validity analysis shows that the KMO value is 0.772,which is suitable for further analysis.This article uses one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis,path analysis and other analysis methods to analyze the data,and draws conclusions:employees' corporate cultural identity and employees'performance are affected by their own background characteristics,and corporate culture,corporate the ability of cultural identity and employees' performance to interact with one another affects the employee degree of recognition of corporate culture,and corporate cultural identity can enhance employee attitudes and enforcement of corporate systems to improve employees' performance.The improvement of employees' performance requires efforts to build corporate culture recognition.The conclusion of this study can provide some references for the formulation of corporate culture policy.
