Gold Sign Electronic Data Service Co.,LTD is an information technology company that focus on technology development,system integration,investment operation of the electronic payment system.AS a new pattern data Co.,PEOPLE who carry the knowledge are the most valuable capital enterprises.Only exploring the peoples' potential,exerting their talent,we can build the enterprise core competitive force.Targeted training,concentrated training to arouse the potential,improving the level of expertise about the work task,are the strength of data company which is in the leading position among the same industry competitors.LTD is a small-and-medium-sized enterprise,its current training is aimed to employee orientation and team outward training.There are some problems such as training management responsibility is not clear,the emphasis in the training,lack of pertinence and integrity,training effect evaluation and feedback mechanism is defective.This paper is based on literature research and questionnaire research,trying to analyze the problems during current training of LTD,after finding the causes and tranining needs,to set up a complete new training scheme.New training scheme keep the original orientation content,to improve to periodism training process.First,we analyzed the needs of training,combined the results and organizational structure,work goals,etc.,divided the grass-roots employees modularly,on the base of which,we made the training plan,used the different post courses,different grade courses,to complete the training scheme.Then,during the training project implementation and management,we completed the monitoring system.We also evaluate the training effort by Kirkpatrick Model,according to the feedback information,we continued to improve the training needs,formed a closed-loop system of training progress.Finally,for ensuring high quality of training,we designed the training implementation safeguard measures,which included organizational guarantee,regime guarantee,and incentive guarantee.We also hope that through gradually establishing the talent cultivation environment,setting up training scheme with the incentive and promotion mechanism,we can improve the internal training strength and effect of the internal training.This paper is looking forward to solve the training problems of LTD,according to the new training scheme on the base of enterprising management mode and cultural features.The new training scheme,the systems,and the mechanisms promote mutual fusion,one side to improve the enthusiasm of grass roots employees' active participation and self improvement,on the other side,to coordinate enterprises flow post needs,in order to get the best effect of training.To improve the grass roots employees training,to elevate the working efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness,to realize the goal of business in the near future and long term development,to maximize the training effectiveness.
