Along with the development of the organization, people have paid more and more attention to employee training. Personnel and culture factors have played very important role in the organization performance. The subject of employee training has expanded from simple vocational skill training to comprehensive training including knowledge, behavior and attitude. And employee training has advanced from basic operational knowledge level to culture level, which refers to the basic culture level and the corporate culture level.Human resource management training based on corporate culture integrates the employee training and corporate culture construction, including knowledge instruction, technical skill training and basic culture qualities education, focusing on the importance of transmitting and unifying corporate culture for the purpose of improving the cohesion and the competition power of the corporation. Many excellent companies home and abroad, have valuable experiences on how to construct corporate culture by way of employee training. In this dissertation, I will make comparative study on the typical cases of the excellent companies by means of case study in order to explore the relationship between employee training and corporate culture. Further more, I will study the employee training in China from the perspective of corporate culture.This article is based on the theory of corporate culture and human resource management. It discusses the mutual relationship between human resource training and corporate culture. Successful human resource training must rely on the corporation of corporate culture, management and organization. The third chapter of this paper expresses the establishment of human resource training based on corporate culture. It includes establishing human resource training, function system innovation, training inspiring system, training evaluation, tracking system and training capital devotion. Finally it gives a case of Chongqing X motor company to study human resource training based on corporate culture and finds a suggestion of author's. The view and method mentioned by this article benefits for the harmonious development of company which constructs the human resource training system matching corporate culture.
