In the era of Knowledge Economy, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of staff in Enterprise Development. More attention is paid to staff training. At the same time, corporate culture is used to bring into full play employees' potential and their enthusiasm. How to disseminate corporate culture effectively so as to enhance staff performance becomes a hot issue. As a new training form, experiential training stresses on trainees' participation and experience which make up the weaknesses of traditional training. In this paper, we made an in-depth analysis on whether experiential training is effective in corporate culture dissemination. And then, we proved the advantage and effectiveness of experiential training in this area. The research includes four chapters.Chapter one gives us an introduction. To expound the research status of experiential training and corporate culture, we introduce the background and significance of the research. Then, we expound the characteristics of corporate culture dissemination and the point blank of their Combined applied research.Chapter two is the theoretical foundation of experiential training. Through expounding the meanings and the feature of experiential training, we demonstrate the meanings, pattern, Categories and its development of experiential training. And then we dissertate experiential training's philosophical foundation, education foundation and psychology foundation.Chapter three is the analysis of the role of experiential training in disseminating corporate culture. This chapter first discusses experiential training's characteristic and basic function, then we express the details on whether they match each other. Finally we explain the role experiential training plays in corporate culture dissemination.Chapter four is the experiential training project design for disseminating corporate culture-take NIKE culture for example. This chapter first discusses the steps, the principles, factors affecting project result and key elements of project design. Take Nike's experiential training project for example, we reveal the advantage of experiential training in disseminating corporate culture. Finally by bring out problems this project design has, we make our recommendations to improve the integration of experiential training and corporate culture dissemination. |
