In an era of economic globalization, human resources as the starting point of enterprise development, and become the important resources in the enterprise management have been certified. Enterprise training talents for the enterprise provides the platform, is the source of enterprise development.Enterprise training can reasonable configuration enterprise existing human resources, and the future prospects of the development of human resources planning enterprises, but also plays a realize the goal of organization and the staff to master the basic knowledge, basic skills, the effect that cannot replace. New employee pre-job training is the basis and starting point of the enterprise training, new employee pre-job training to employees to improve the identity, increase loyalty and improve employee retention has a positive effect.To carry out the effective employee training, therefore, is to deepen enterprise core idea, promote the fundamental starting point of the enterprise culture.By looking up literature, enterprise training effect, according to the survey data in recent years, corporate training effect is worrying. Survey results show that the training effect enterprise many worrying aspects, including:training scheme design contents include the one-sided, money is not enough, regulation, and implementation process are inconsistent and so on. Therefore there are a variety of factors, which affect the training effect, to distinguish between primary and secondary, find out the main factors influencing the training effect is optimized, and maximize the role of enterprise training. In designing training programs should be carefully before inspection, the analysis of the current training plan of the enterprise, find out the main factors influencing the training effect, analysis the reason, adjust measures to local conditions to develop the corresponding improvement strategy, maximize the effect of pre-service training. Before the start of a new training program,training scheme design should consider the sustainable development of the enterprise and the effective management of enterprise resources. From this study and new staff training and the related theory as the starting point, the concept of the function and significance of the new staff training.The research object of this article is JC enterprise group, to JC enterprise group, analyzes the present situation and problems of human resources training, find out the problems existing in the current training programs, and combined with questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, field interviews and new employees training needs of both sides of the enterprise diagnosis analysis, design new employee pre-job training scheme based on two-way demand. Training at the same time, puts forward the corresponding security measures, in order to realize the company’s development strategy, enhance core competitiveness of the company.This paper is divided into six parts:(1) This section describes the relevant theoretical background and human resources and employee training systems theory to explain the theoretical basis of the study of this topic and the main content of research methods and frameworks;(2) Using questionnaires and interviews to introduce JC human resources present situation;(3) Based on investigation and actual training to expound and analyze the problems in the training;(4) Listing JC present situation of the staff training, puts forward the principles of scheme design and optimization, training needs analysis system should be established and update employee training content and methods;(5) Putting forward the safeguard measures include training consciousness, training teachers, enterprise system and management organizational structure;(6) The summary of the research papers and reflection.
