Private economy is an important part of national economy, while private enterprise is a key part tosupporting the development of private economy. As globalization accelerates,talents will become morecrucial for gaining competitive advantage, and the interfirm competition for talents will also become moreintense, which will gradually from between domestic enterprises turn to between domestic and foreignenterprises. At present,brain drain of private enterprises is very serious, which has become a bottle neckrestricting the development of private enterprises. How to attract talents,motivate talents and prevent braindrain caused serious concern of government and enterprises,become a very important research issues.Private enterprise brain drain caused by many reasons, reasons for the loss of private enterprisepersonnel access to a variety of documents, the paper tries to start from environmental factors, the three keyaspects of corporate and personal factors and the new point of view ofthis issue in-depth discussion andanalysis.The countermeasures are: private enterprises should seize the introduction of governmentmacro-control policy, using its own unique resources and strengths to attract talent and retain talent, andprivate enterprise in terms of policy should also give more supportand help; private enterprises need tounderstand where their own disadvantages, for the state-owned foreign companies, they generally have asophisticated enterprise management system, many private enterprises do not have private enterprise onlyin the corporate culture, business prospects, to narrow the pay system and personnel management and thegap between state-owned foreign companies are competitive enough to have a share in the talent market;personal aspects of innovation in their own concept of employment and do their own career planning.
