With the development of economy and the progress of society,private enterprises have to face opportunities and challenges all the time.While enjoying the fruits of economic development,they also have to face the dilemma brought by brain drain.In the face of fierce market competition,whoever has strong ability to restrain talents can stand out in the fierce market competition.Enterprises cannot survive without talents,and enterprises cannot develop without talents.Brain drain is a huge stumbling block for every enterprise eager for development.How to solve the problem of brain drain and stabilize the staff has become an important problem that many private enterprises have to face.BM company is a private enterprise engaged in the construction of traffic safety facilities such as isolation fence,traffic signs and expressway protective fence.In years of operation,BM company has been suffering from the inconvenience and pain caused by brain drain.Based on the BM company brain drain problem as the research object,by questionnaire method,the methods of literature review,data analysis,collection,analysis,sorting out a large number of reliable data,and put these data combined with BM company brain drain of the data,in the thorough analysis with BM company these data and information relating to the brain drain phenomenon,concluded that the cause of BM company employee outflow factor has two kinds big,namely: staff own reasons and the cause of the company level.The personal reasons for employees are that they don’t fit in with the company and their work doesn’t match their expectations.At the company level,the reasons are that the company provides too little development space for talents,employees are dissatisfied with the management style of the company’s leaders,the enterprise environment is not good,the company lacks excellent corporate culture,the company does not pay attention to the training of employees,and the salary and welfare system satisfaction is low.Then,in view of these reasons is proposed in this paper the company to improve the management level of leadership,improve the system of recruitment,and the company’s salary welfare system,set up scientific training plan,and create a good environment for the company,improve the staff’s career planning and so onthe measures to prevent and retention of talent,after employees leave the company to let them leave confidential agreement to reduce the brain drain from the damage to the company,strengthening the departure of communication to get to know reason for leaving the company to help BM company focuses on talent reason for leaving the company to make corrective actions in time.It is hoped that the discussion and analysis of the brain drain phenomenon of BM company can provide valuable reference and reference for enterprises that also face this problem.
