Since the reform and opening up, the private economy has become China's market economy construction in a most active component of promoting science and technology progress, become an important force in the development of China's high-tech industry is a powerhouse of the development of our country, but also become an important national economic growth point. However, private enterprises in the development process also met with some problems, especially in the social mobility intensifies in the backdrop, private enterprises now'faces prominent problem is staff, this ordinary job-hopping has become the bottleneck of restricting private enterprise development. Therefore, how to conduct the private enterprise staffs loss management has become the urgent question.Construction is the development of national economy, Chinese building pillar industry market is a huge development potential, prospects and red-blooded market. In the fierce market competition, private construction enterprise wants to win it must construct core competence, and human resources is to build core competence, therefore, one of the basic elements of private construction enterprise must strengthen the human resources management. This research on the structure is divided into six chapters, respectively from expatiates the background and purpose, human resource related theory, LH company brain drain present condition analysis, LH company analysis of the reasons of the brain drain and LH company retain talent countermeasures five most research.This research in the human resources management theory as guidance, through the case, the company LH, the present situation and reasons of the brain drain is analyzed, finally summarized must break the family management mode, update the operating ideas, to talent provide competitive remuneration package and effective implementation of performance evaluation, pay attention to employee career planning and development, constructing the harmonious enterprise culture etc. Five countermeasures. For our private construction enterprise human resources management theory construction provides the actual operation case.
