The problem of human resource management is common to private enterprises ofdifferent sizes which are at different stages of development in our country, especially inrecent years, some of the emerging small and medium sized e-commerce site, withlightning speed to the rapid expansion of the country, these companies have a range ofserious human resource management issues on the road of rapid development, which is acritical problem of brain drain problem in many problems to be solved.24Q is amedium-sized e-commerce site; the brain drain has become a major obstacle to itsdevelopment.Therefore, this study focuses on this issue, the article is divided into several parts, thefirst part introduces the basic situation of24Q and problems of the company. The secondpart analyzes the theory to solve the brain drain problem of24Q Company. The third partanalyzes the reason for the loss of24Q company personnel. Specific reasons: first,recruitment problems; Second, the wage structure is irrational; Third, the lack of training;Fourth, the performance appraisal system is not clear; Fifth, the lack of non-materialincentives. The fourth part writes the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem,First, establish a effective recruitment system; Second, develop a reasonable salarydistribution system; Third, increase training opportunities and scope; fourth, develop aunified personal career planning; fifth, reasonable and effective to increase non-materialincentives. Sixth, set up the solution system of solving the brain drain issues.Therebyhoping to find, raise and resolve the problem of brain drain exists in the management ofprivate enterprises.
