It's an era of knowledge.based economy in 21 century as its theme. To the accompaniment of the rapid growth of economy in China, especially after her becoming a number of WTO, China embraces more and more international capital moving into her. Under the circumstances above, the core of the market competition for an enterprise is of the rivalry to win the talents. In the times of talent sovereignty, qualified people has more independence and options on working. The key to success for an enterprise depends on the reserve and the requirement of the talents. However, brain drain that appears in most private enterprises in China, is the biggest obstacle (bottleneck) in their effort to promote the development. Analyzing the brain drain highly accurred at LNXT, this thesis tries out finding the fundamental reasons for that and probing into the strategy to keep the competent.On the basis of the overview of related documents ( bibliographies ) and with the help of the SWOT analysis, the thesis makes an assay of the opportunities and the threats, the advantages and the disadvantages of LNXT. As for the brain drain at LNXT, by Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire and Index of Job Satisfaction, combining with the truth and thorough going interview on employee turnovers in the company, eight main organizational reasons of the turnovers are obtained. Rearranging these reasons into the forty-three-item questionary by which we survey 120 workers and exworkers where 99 valid questionaries are taken back, we see about the satisfaction degree of the respondents to their jobs of the past and at the moment, and analyze the trustfullness and the credibility of the questionaries by SPSS 13.0. A classification analysis is made to the organizational reasons of key employee's demission and brain drain which is also been studied, on the basis of Mobley Model coupled with the datum of survey, in three respects of social , organizational and individual factors. At last, remedies and proposals are put forward.
