| Facing the challenges of our country’s equipment manufacturing enterprises in theindustrial upgrading and structural optimization, the government proposed the developmentstrategy of industrialization with informatization and further accelerating informatization withindustrialization. As the two important basic data in the manufacturing informatization, bill ofmaterial (BOM) and routings play an important role in the actual production activities ofenterprises.This paper expends the study around the Process Routing Management System (PRMS).Firstly, the paper analyses the theoretical basis of PRMS comprehensively through theresearching on BOM model and its view mapping technology. Secondly, with the example ofHXD3D electric locomotive, the paper makes a depth analysis of the enterprise processrouting activities and lays the realistic basis of PRMS. Above all, the article designs aBOM-based system of process routing management, and then, detail the information about itsmodule function. The concrete contents are as follows:(1) Analyse and compare several typical BOM data models focusing on theirperformance about consistency, maintainability, borrow, redundancy and query efficiency,and then draw the conclusion that compound BOM is suitable for PRMS.(2) Study the material structure mapping and its attribute mapping of BOM viewmapping, after that, give the transformation procedure of EBOM to PBOM and PBOM toMBOM.(3) Through the study and practice in the enterprise, expound the concrete processworkflow about the process routing activities, and give a proposal to enhance the managementof process routing design activities with a BOM-based system of process routingmanagement.(4) Research the application of BOM in the actual business activities, propose thethought of BOM as the core of PRMS, define the concept of process routing design BOM andprocess routing BOM, and describe the procedure of BOM obtention.(5) Elaborate the design of structure, module and database for PRMS, and make acomprehensive introduction for its function.Above all, the author summarizes the whole research work in this paper, and then makesa prospect for the future study. |
