At present, the CAPP system applied in aircraft manufacturing enterprises mostly focuses on the aid of process planning while ignoring the management of process and course control. With the further application and spreading of computer technology and network technology, the newer requirements of CAPP system, not merely a computer aided process planning function, have been proposed to provide a complex design and management system combined with process planning and course control. Therefore this paper focuses on developing the aircraft manufacturing process information integrated system which satisfying the need of utility as well as system integration.This paper refers to the sub-item- "Integrated management system of process" in XAC-CIMS project, puts forward the hierarchy and solution of the aircraft manufacturing process information integrated system. Some key functions, such as the management of MBOM(Manufacturing Bill of Material), the quick plan of FO(Fabrication Order) process and manufacturing process information integration etc, are further discussed and researched.
