Design And Implementation Of The Manufacturing Operation Management System For ANDI Company

This thesis sates the requirement analysis, design and implementation of ANDIcompany's manufacturing operation management system. This system's objective is to lay down the foundation for the enterprise's long term development in accurate management, in particular in raising its production planning's accuracy, realizing the integrated production logistics and quantitatively dynamic resource capability management.This thesis constructs this manufacturing operation management system's functional requirements based on software engineering principles and methods. It specifically analyzes and determines the major development objectives centralized with the enterprise's accurate management demands. In the sequel it analyzes the functional contents from the aspects of manufacturing plan, manufacturing material flow and resource capacities with emphasis on the related data processing requirements and gives use case models. In the aspects of software design it sets up the software architecture framework, determines the major component modules including their internal objects, data structures and processing flows by means of object-oriented techniques. In addition to these the database design scheme together with its internal data table structures are also presented. In the aspects of software implementation, the thesis present major programming examples, some running examples and the system test cases and methods.This software is constructed as a multilayer system which is programmed with C# and SQL Server as its database subsystem. Through the initial application practice this manufacturing operation management system is shown to provide comparatively positive effects in the company's production management practices and reach the expected development objectives.
