Research On Key Techniques Of Integrated Management Information System Based On Small And Medium-Sized Manufacturing Enterprises

In this paper we propose the Manufacturing Enterprise Management Information System based on Integrated Process thought, according to all kinds of data of product parts in their life cycle. Based on the product structure tree, this system can manage the products including order, product design, process design, production, sale, and recycle.It mainly studies the key technique of integration of product design, product manufacturing and production management, based on the need of sharing all kinds of data of integrated system and character of Small and Medium-Sized Manufacturing Enterprise, at the same time, narrates specifically the research and design of CAPP and ERP. All data can be transmitted during the product life cycle by the Bill Of Material which is constructed with Product Feature Technique, Computer Network Technique and Data Base Technique, to realize the integration and optimizing operation related to person, technology and management in the course of enterprise operation, to improve the production efficiency of all enterprise departments.
