| With fast advancing of scientific technology and growing market competition, the informatization is a very effective way for manufacturing enterprises to rebuild traditional industry by modern information technology. Information coding is the basic technology for informatization which ensures the semantic consistency and preparation for information sharing.Based on the repeated and thorough research and analysis in the gear reducer enterprise, this paper summarizes the manufacturing types and the enterprise's current situation and problems by logistics and information flow. On the current status of enterprise and functions of management, a manufacturing management system for material tracking is proposed. Through the design process of material code this paper analyzes the requirements of system integration to foundation data of the enterprise, studies how to establish the material code system, establishes a flexible coding structure model based on object-oriented technology, establishes the conversion model between old and new coding system, and achieves the data sharing between the different information system in the enterprise, satisfies the function of the manufacturing management system. At last, based on achievements in this paper and information technology, the manufacturing management system framework is presented and function model and information model are set up. Object-oriented use case analysis and process analysis are studied. The author adopts the Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database system to develop the system by C/S pattern. Good results are achieved through the implementation of the management system within the enterprise which shares the information and eliminates the information isolated.The material code design and its application in manufacturing management system research are in favor of promoting informatization practice for heavy manufacturing enterprises which provides a new method through material code design. |
