Mine personnel management system is one of the most important technical support in the safety of mine production, and has a pivotal position in the social and economic development. The development of mining personnel management system is good or bad determines the future of coal mining industry to some extent, therefore, the research in the mine personnel management system is of great significance.In this paper, the background is the part of monitoring and management software of the actual project (Liaoning Province Industrial R&D Program (2007217005), which got the second prize of the ministerial scientific and technological progress), aims to study mining personnel management system software model and architecture, using UML, software development tools and database to finish the discussion and research. The main work is:(1) To many types of mining personnel management system software for the existing status quo, give the analysis of the standardized model.(2) using the UML, needs analysis, according to the process of mining personnel management, combined with use case diagrams and static and dynamic map, describes the composition and function of the system, provide a reference standard model of the system software, and the establishment of package standard.(3) come to mine personnel management system monitoring and management software is of four layers: interface control, databases, interfaces, data exchange. The interface layer include:downhole data layer, database layer, interface control layer. The five core interface between the interface layer are:the interface layer between the front desk software and underground wireless base stations, underground wireless base stations and the identification card, the identification card and the miners location information, identification cards and miners basic information, the user and the front desk software.This paper attempts to study the characteristics of actual system data and functions, combining with practical experience of the project, taking a reusable, scalable, secure and reliable common system model, and use the system model to guide and promote the future projects to rapid and healthy development.The results show that:reasonably standard model, software architecture and interfaces of the system software established contribute to unify system standard of the mining personnel management, achieve the optimal allocation of system functions. Innovation of this paper is in this.
