With the continuous development of China's reform and opening up policy as well as talents training,China's colleges and universities are growing,the personnel management information of colleges and universities is more and more large,also more and more types of information managementhas arisen,procedures are gradually clear,the teaching staff's division of labor becomes more and more precise,the traditional manual processing way and the backward stand-alone management system are no longer able to meet the needs of personnel management in modern universities.Therefore,on the basis of the rapid development of computer technology and network information technology,in order to improve the information processing speed,ensure the correct and effective personnel information,improve the quality of personnel management,and provide scientific and reliable basis for the management of personnel management in colleges and universities,it is a very important task to comprehensively promote the personnel management information construction.Due to the low efficiency,not sharing data in time,not providing information support for decision makersand many other issues,traditional personnel management system has not adapted to thedevelopment of modern universities.To avoid the above problems,in this paper,based on many years of work experience,a novel personnel management system through the reasonable structure layout is designed and it has initially realized the scientific,standardized and informatization of personnel management in colleges and universities.Based on the research of the development and use of the personnel management information system in China and abroad,the paper studies the key technologies in the field of personnel management information system development.It uses three layers of Browser / Servermode and.NET networking technology,provides the guarantee for the system to complete real-time,high efficiency and reliability.Firstly,this paper discusses the significance and background of the research,and the research status of domestic and foreign related analysis.On the basis of the research on data mining technology and related system designand according to the actual operating conditions and basic needs of personnel management in colleges and universities,the overall structure and basic function of the personnel management system is designed.The analysis and research of the database are carried out,and the association rules of data mining are studied.At the same time,it also makes a thorough analysis of the Apriori algorithm.On this basis,a personnel management system of Shaanxi Railway Institute is designed to promote the modernization,informationization and high efficient construction of Shaanxi Railway Institute.
