Science and technology is the first productivity, and people are the corecompetitiveness of enterprises. Education and training of enterprise is an importantmeans and ways for the personnel to upgrade to talent. The informatization oftechnology and platform provides an important support for the education and trainingin enterprise. Therefore, the design of staff education management information systemhas very important research value and practical significance.Based on the foundation of the actual need of Longkuang Group, the design ofthe overall system architecture and core function module is completed. Some of themain work and results are listed as follows.1. On the aspect of demand analysis: main function modules of the system,which mainly includes the fundamental function module, resource and object basisfunction module, management module and the business process management functionmodule are analyzed on the overall by using UML modeling technique.2. On the aspect of the system architecture: based on the analysis of thedevelopment requirements of employees and the education management informationsystem, both the design of system architecture and the design of reasonable planningand internal interface function module are fulfilled, by using the hybrid model of B/Sand C/S.3. On the aspect of the detailed design and implementation, using prototypetechnology and agile development technology, facing many types of user and functionmodules in system, in the premise of unified planning and rational interface, thedetailed design and a fast implementation are realized.4. On the aspect of practice and application: system debugging, testing and initialimplementation, has verified the rationality and practicability of the system, and thesystem effectively improve the group in terms of staff education and informationmanagement level, efficiency and comprehensive benefits.
