With the CAD/CAE/CAM technology applicated in the network technology,e-manucturing and network collaborative design has become a trend that was theresearch and development in the modern mechanical design and manufacturing.E-manucturing required informatization and webify in the design and manufactureand field of services; network collaborative design emphasized has a unified networkshared design platform and integration of CAD software. So research of Web3D partslibrary system has strong characteristics of the times and the practical significance.First of all, the subject sources, research background and the similar topics arestudied in this research, illustrates the necessity and significance of the research.Secondly, the benefits of the B/S model architecture design is analysed by way ofcontrast and the B/S model is choosed, and overall design, methods and principles ofsystem development are discussed in detail. Moreover, to do in-depth research on keytechnologies of the Web3D parts library system is developed by way of combinationof the theoretical and practical. The key technologies include:1) use the C#programming language and the VB API application interface of the Pro/E4.0to Pro/Esecondary development on the.NET platform;2) combined with the ADO.NET anddatabase technology to realize the3D part model parameter extraction, on-line changeparameter, on-line parameter-driven, upload and download3D part model;3) on-linedynamic browsing;4) commonly used design resources service system and usermanagement system functions and so on. thirdly, from the Web3D parts system andthe service organization which it provided, the principles and algorithm of searchservice and network resource QoS are introduced, and combine with the index and theproperty of assessment for network resource QoS, draw the model of the QoSevaluation and the algorithm of network resource, network3D parts library systemQoS assessment technique is researched partly. Finally, the correctness and feasibilityof the overall system design and the key technology of the development of Web3D parts library system are demonstrated by the application examples.In addition, the overall design and manufacturing capabilities, e-manucturing andnetwork collaborative design is improved by the research in the xinjiang autonomousregion, and have practical significance.
