With the development of the current economic, the competition among enterprises intensifies. Many companies try to improve production processes, reduce raw material consumption, increase sales and improve sales margins to improve their competitiveness. But the effort in these areas is getting smaller and smaller space. The device is the foundation and guarantee of enterprise production, and the impact on production efficiency should not be overlooked. The equipment directly impacts on the quality of products, which directly affects the economic efficiency of enterprises. For enterprises the updating and maintenance of the equipment plays a pivotal role in improving the competitiveness. However, the update means a huge capital investment. So we must improve the management level of maintenance of the equipment to improve competitiveness.The equipment is an important material foundation for enterprise production. It determines the productivity of the company largely. Building equipment maintenance management system to assist management decision-making is very necessary which can adapt to the requirements of the development of enterprises and promote the process of the construction of enterprise information Enterprise equipment maintenance management tends to stay in the management of static information which can’t finish the dynamic management of the entire life cycle of the equipment. Therefore it is very necessary to develop a fully functional equipment maintenance management system.In this paper, we designed cigarette equipment maintenance management system in the background of the maintenance of cigarette equipment. The main topics include the following:1.This paper analyzes and summaries the current business processes of the Maintenance and management and design the business processes optimally, including equipment maintenance management processes, fault management processes, spare parts management processes and procurement management processes and so on.2. This paper designs the system overall and determines the C/S software architecture, development environment and the language of development. The system uses Visual C++6.0and C/C++as the development environment and language, which ensures the convenience and reliability of the system development. This paper designs a comprehensive database of the system using the ER model-based approach and uses SQL SERVER2000database development system as the system database, which ensures the system’s utility. This paper designs the key technology including equipment classification, equipment Code Equipment Code, inspection cycle and manual electronic and so on.3. This paper describes some common fault detection method and proposes a fault detection method based on curve fitting and simulates it.4. This paper proposes a systematic assessment method based on the Balanced Score card and Analytic Hierarchy Process. The evaluation will play a very good assessment and decision-making role in the enterprise equipment maintenance management.The equipment maintenance system includes advanced maintenance management thinking, which can help dec is ion-makers to make reasonably accurate judgments on equipment maintenance management. The system will play a certain role on improving equipment utilization, extending equipment life, improving the management level and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises.
