At present, our country chemical industry is developing very quick. A lot of funds, manpower and material resources has been invested. Various high performance electromechanical equipments, which have been ushered in, promote production efficiency and make chemical industry develop with high speed. Although, chemical enterprises develop very quickly, There is not a set of scientific methods of the electromechanical maintenance and management in our country. There is a urgent need of maintenance and management of the electromechanical equipments that have been installed.The study and application of maintenance and management system of chemical industry electromechanical equipment based on geographical information system can make electromechanical equipments maintenance and management institutionalize. A management method of electromechanical equipments is put forward. The method can manage the electromechanical system availably and scientifically. The system guarantees to the equipments to work, make chemical enterprise realize to produce safely, and promote the level of production management of enterprise.Management information system of chemical industry electromechanical equipment maintenance (CIEEM) plays an important role in the process of chemical enterprise informalization. Perfect electromechanical system may guarantee the high speed, and effective operation of the chemical enterprise, avoid the emergence of the accident and potential safety hazard, ensure both quality and quantity in the process of online production, improve life-span of electromechanical equipment, increase economic efficiency greatly.This subject carry out studying around the current situation of management ofCEEEM, mainly faces how to make use of GIS technology to realize management and maintenance of electromechanical equipments, enhances the utilization ratio, security and maintainability of electromechanical equipments, meanwhile offers a set of evaluation system of maintenance quality. In the research of this subject, the main achievements we've made are included in the following respects:1. This thesis analyses the current situations about management of CIEEM, researches and develops the management information systems of CEEM, fills in the vacancy in domestic without a set of effective system of CIEEM.2. It unifies the electromechanical equipment control standard of the chemical industry, makes electromechanical equipments to be managed in accordance with the same standard, and makes electromechanical equipment to be maintained (CIEEM) in accordance with rule;3. Visual management of CIEEM is realized, High speed response of CIEEM and high rate of data information searching is accomplished, High efficiency of management and high sharing of information is reached;4. Effective management methods is supplied for administrative department of the chemical industry electromechanical. The use of management fund of electromechanical equipment is made to be more reasonable;5. The management standards and rules of CIEEM are made perfect, which will improve the service efficiency, enhance the work level of electromechanical system, increase the eligible proportion of the equipment, reduce the occurrence ratio of accident, and ensure the safety in production;6. A method of electromechanical equipment maintenance is put forward. A new idea that the reference prediction scheme through the analysis of electromechanical equipment faults and historical maintaining data is built;7. In order to raise the real-time quality and validity of CIEEM, the networked issue about management of CIEEM is studied.
