| Nowadays, condition-based maintenance is not only one of the most advanced and major overhaul, but also a repair strategy to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation, which costs reasonably. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, the electric grid scale expanded dramatically, and power equipment increased rapidly in quantity, the traditional power grids equipment maintenance model can not adapt to the change of power grids and enterprise development pattern.Combining with the actual situation of Xichang power grids, especially in the context of the existing information resources(including equipment-based data, maintenance and test data, defect data, and other data) in Power Production Management System of Xichang Electric Power Bureau (referred to as PMS), the design scheme of condition-based maintenance management system based on PMS's substation equipment (including transformers above 110 kV and SF6 circuit breakers) is put forward, and resource sharing with PMS is also accomplished. The system integrated all sorts of online and off-line data (state variables) to evaluate the current state of equipment health status, then puts forward equipment maintenance policy, thus pushing the condition-based maintenance in the enterprises of power grids forward well.Now achieved the following results:1. in the database and website development for in-depth understanding and research, based on the evaluation of condition-based maintenance management system model for planning and design.2. evaluation of management systems for power equipment technology system model and architecture, pattern analysis and evaluation, developed a condition-based maintenance management system for evaluation of the implementation of solutions.3. Equipment evaluation management system model for evaluation and analysis, on the basis of evaluation of Xichang Electric Power Bureau condition-based maintenance management system to achieve the interface. |
