Faults often occur in the operation of equipment in Colleges and universities Traditional equipment maintenance methods have higher requirements for maintenance technology and management level of maintenance personnel: in the process of equipment maintenance,not only reference equipment-related information,but also contact different equipment suppliers and manufacturers to seek technical support and assistance.Because there is no unified manufacturer and supplier for each system equipment,it will make the management and maintenance of equipment failure in Colleges and universities more complex,and greatly reduce the efficiency of equipment maintenance and management.In order to solve the above problems,this paper uses JavaEE framework and MVC technology to design and implement a set of university equipment fault prediction and maintenance plan generation system.The main tasks are as follows:(1)A predictive model for equipment failure in Colleges and universities is proposed.This model mainly takes a single equipment system as the research object,and takes the minimum comprehensive change cost of the equipment in a specified time interval as the ultimate optimization goal.It also takes into account the reliability changes in the process of equipment maintenance,that is,every time preventive maintenance is carried out,these equipment is repaired rather than replaced,and adopted.A replacement strategy with minimum maintenance times as decision variables is proposed to improve the maintenance efficiency of equipment.(2)The prominent problems in the management,design and maintenance of equipment failure prediction and maintenance plan generation in domestic universities are analyzed.The basic functional requirements,performance requirements and data requirements of the system are elaborated and analyzed in detail.On this basis,the overall design of the system is completed.The core functions of the system are described and analyzed.The module includes user management,daily affairs management,equipment file management,spot inspection management,fault maintenance management,report statistics management,fault prediction and early warning module,etc.(3)The system is realized and the system functions and integration are tested in detail using test tools.The test results show that the system has achieved the desired design effect and can fully meet the actual business requirements.
