Design And Implementation Of IT Equipment Management System For Operation And Maintenance In Anshan Power Supply Company

With the development of computer and communication technologies, the information construction in electric power industry has also abtained a swift and violent development. A large number of new, intelligent computer equipment, network equipment continues to appear in the information technology platform of power system. Therefore, the establishment of a rational and efficient IT equipment operation and maintenance management system for the rapid development of information technology in the electric power is very important.In accordance with the design philosophy of software engineering, this thesis conducts a comprehensive analysis of needs for IT equipment management system for operation and maintenance in Anshan power Supply Company. With using object-oriented development method, use case diagram, sequence diagram,UML class diagram and traditional flow chart, we give the design and implementation of IT equipment operation management, maintenance management and connection state maintenance and management. The design and implementation of the work revolves around IT equipment management and mainly includes three parts:The operation management, including applysheet management, running sheet management, inspection management, and this three modules implements the function,the operation staff as the core to deal apply sheet and to add runningSheet.The maintenance management, the core of the entire subsystem, including worksheet management, plan management, return and scrapManagement, maintaince and management of equipment status, and this four modules implements the function, the person who responsible for the generating as the central role to deal the runningSheet and workSheet around the equipment.The maintenance and management of equipment connection status, in order to make searching for equipment easier, as well as to make more people involved in this system can understand it clearly. This part contains the functations of add, delete, modify and query.This system has been carried out to promote and test run in Anshan Power Supply Company. Operating results and user relevance feedback shows that the system can supply provid a full range of support for IT equipment operation and maintenance management in, not only greatly improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance work, but also effectively reducing operation and maintenance costs.
