Design And Implementation For Asset Management System Of Shanghai Mechanical And Electro Industry School

Recent years have seen the rapid development of Shanghai mechanical and electro industry school. With the rapid increase in teaching resources and the increasingly complicated structure of facilities, the school is also faced with great challenges in its asset management. Currently, the problems existing in the school’s asset management include halfway stock check, incomprehensive cost accounting, unreasonable standard making and loose supervisory responsibilities and so on, these may lead to the problems such as asset drain and resources waste and so on. To better deal with this phenomenon, this paper starts from the target to improve asset management efficiency and quality. By taking the advantage of modern information technology and based on the school’s reality, this paper works out a management system for school network. Basically, the paper has done the following parts:1. to conduct demand analysis for the school’s asset management system and to describe the demand from the perspective of function, performance and security.2. to provide a detailed design for the system. Mainly, this paper puts forward a systematic framework and function framework and network topological structure. This paper provides a detailed design of log-in and register model, asset management model, department management model, cheap and consumable goods management model, accounting model and system management model as well as a detailed design of system database.3. to implement and realize the asset management system. Management functions such as storage, asset checking, department management, information correction, information check and scrapping and so on are realized. From the two aspects of function and performance, test is done and conclusion is come to.This paper applies the IT-based advanced management methods in the school asset management. The system designed can provide complete and timely information about the change and use of school assets. In this way, the school can break through the bottleneck in asset management and effectively improve and management efficiency. Moreover, this system is of great value to promote the scientific management of school assets and enhance the management quality and efficiency.
