Design And Implementation Of Asset Management System Base On RFID Technology

Along with the development of society, fixed asset management has become an indispensable part of the normal operation of enterprise. Enterprises need a set of asset management system to manage these assets, in order to achieve fixed assets not to be idle and give full play to its greatest role. At present, the fixed asset management system is mostly based on the paper bar code label affixed to record on fixed assets. Barcode records only the name of the fixed assets, purchase date, type and other fixed invariant information, but for the Department, the use of frequently changing, people and information cannot be updated in a timely manner, which brings to the asset inventory and assets inventory management great inconvenience. RFID is a technology without contact can be automatic identified, it can penetrate the wood, plastics and glass, and all kinds of non metal materials.The most important, it can be in the harsh environment of use. It becoming the part of the asset management system can significantly improve the current asset management system.In this paper, the use of RFID technology is to establish a set of asset management system. Firstly, the present situation and development are introduced. Then the second and third respectively introduce the system’s requirement analysis and design. The fourth part is mainly based on the previous design to realize the asset management system, and the last part is about the whole system test. The system uses the Spring framework and JAVA language to carry on the procedure compilation, and the database uses the stable reliable Oracle database. The system is divided into five parts, which are setting, asset use management, assets management, assets renting lease management and asset management.The basic setting includes three categories: device information setting, information setting and leasing. The asset information management includes four categories: information management, map management, initial tools and service query. The asset use management are more than others, including basic settings, application management, use of management, collar management, asset changes, asset allocation, asset management and business inquiries, etc.The assets leased management includes three modules: daily business, rental and settlement business inquiries. The assets leased and leased business almost are same, just the opposite process on the process. At the end of the test section of the test, the indicators have reached the standard of acceptance.
