Design And Implementation Of Equipment Asset Management System

Nowadays,with the rapid development of equipment and asset information,small and medium-sized enterprises are accelerating the realization of information modernization,and the integration of information and technology has become the foundation of modern enterprises.However,the equipment asset management mode of most small and medium-sized enterprises still remains in the traditional manual or semi-manual management mode.The contradiction between the backward management mode and the high quality and high efficiency management requirements of advanced equipment is becoming more and more serious.The consumption and waste of manpower,material resources and financial resources have seriously affected the economic efficiency of the enterprise.Aiming at this situation,this paper develops equipment asset management system,which aims to provide information integration equipment asset management platforms for small and medium enterprises.Firstly,the related theory and technology in the system design and implementation process are analyzed;secondly,the system functional requirements are determined according to the interaction relationship between the systems,and the system functional modules and database are designed;finally,the system design is implemented and tested.The system adopts Spring MVC development mode,takes Apache Tomcat as server,uses MySQL association database,and realizes database linkage through MyBatis technology.This system realizes the whole life cycle management of equipment assets from purchase to use and then to maintenance and scrap.The system makes the link of equipment asset management perfect connection,forms a more scientific and rational management process,provides quality and efficient management tool support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,helps enterprises "fast and efficient" management of equipment asset resources,and promotes the healthy development of enterprise economy.
