Weifang City is located in the middle of the Shandong Peninsula, and is rich in mineral resources, which has coal resources distribution in Linqu, Changle County Fangzi district. In recent years, with the increasing demand for coal resources, coal production capacity is growing. However, there are many of particularity in the production, management, protection and management of the coal resources. The field of coal mine production safety problem has become more apparent and accidents of coal mine safety production occur frequently. So in order to reduce the occurrence of accidents, the safety supervision of coal mine management is the focus of security work. In addition, with the increasing scale of coal mine, safety supervision and management of the amount of information generated is also growing, only rely on manual operations management is unable to meet demand. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of coal mine safety supervision, we will inevitably change the work of coal mine safety supervision into information, and development of coal mine safety supervision system is targeted to work fast, efficient management of coal mine safety supervision.The system eventually developed achieves three functional modules:daily supervision and management modules of coal mine, coal mine safety supervision enforcement administration, modules and systems management module. The system can registration, change, and query operations the coal mine information, relevant staff can inspector, check the mine information and statistical operations. It also can make the case of the source register in the process of coal mine safety supervision of a security risk and handle in accordance with the processes to the system after the registration of cases. It can query the cases in the system and view the basic information, and the relevant law enforcement personnel can make the supervision of law enforcement operations. In addition, the administrator can modify settings for individual basic information, and can be made the system directory enquiries and print, may to the department user management, the distribution of coal mine and the case of system authority, the system use all kinds of parameters are set up and the Urban Council administrator can set the code base of the system, as well as laws and regulations library. This system mainly uses J2EE technology as a development platform, SQL Server2005database management platform, using JSP as the language of web design achieved the Coal Mine Safety Supervision and Management System in B/S mode.This thesis is mainly a detailed description of the design and implementation of the entire process of coal mine safety supervision system in Weifang City. At first, it introduces the system development background, and then describes on coal mine safety supervision and management system in the research status at home and abroad. Through the above description it defines the theoretical value and practical significance of the development of this system. And then, according to field research on current situation of coal mine safety supervision and management in Weifang city, making requirements elicitation, and depending on what access to detailed needs analysis of coal mine safety monitoring system, eventually to be clear and gives the system development and realization of function. Secondly, in accordance with the above get content and requirement analysis results on the system carry on the detailed design, using ways of combining class design and timing diagrams detailed design to system functionality. Finally, it describes the process of implementation of the function module of the system of coal mine safety supervision, and makes system testing in order to complete the development of the entire system.This system is mainly based on the actual situation of coal mine safety supervision and management work, realizes coal mine safety supervision and management of information, improves coal mine safety supervision and management degree of automation, and it can be efficient completion of the coal mine safety supervision and management.
