Although the traditional electrostatic precipitator has high dust efficiency, gas processing capacity, wide application range and other advantages, it can not fully meet the requirements of environmental protection and energy saving, in urgent need of a breakthrough in energy conservation and emission reduction.In this context, we design an automatic control system of high voltage electrostatic precipitator based on PLC, the system not only improves the efficiency of dust removal equipment, reduce energy consumption, but also enhance the control system of human-computer interaction, realizing remote control products.This paper introduces the working principle of the main circuit and control circuit of three-phase electrostatic precipitator, calculating the main circuit parameters, the three-phase AC voltage part has carried on the simulation, the research and design of software and hardware of the control system of high voltage electrostatic precipitator. This system uses PLC S7-1200as the control core, the touch screen is KTP600Basic PN man-machine interface, using WinCC as the monitoring software of the host computer, automatic follow the change of electric field, the effective control of voltage applied to the electrostatic precipitator fields; voltage, current and turbidity on the detected value according to the dust, to meet the requirements of environmental protection to limit, to electrical energy consumption has been optimized control of single electric field and electric field power supply parameter, the proposed optimization.According to the site conditions and emission standards, control system will chose the best control method and optimal parameters, through the closed-loop control to achieve both energy saving and emission reduction, it has broad application prospects.
