With the continuous deepening of reform and speeding up of the development pace of the national economy continues, the negative economic in development has become more evident, environmental problem has become one of the country's economic development which cannot be ignored. Environmental protection has become increasingly subject to national attention since the twenty-first century, where "Twelfth Five-Year " has charmed that within the next five years, our country will insist on the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society as a way to accelerate the transformation of an important focus of economic development Point, thoroughly implement the basic national policy of energy saving and environmental protection, persisting sustainable development road.Electrostatic Precipitator(ESP) is the main control means and devices for air pollution control, in this paper, the braise ESP is the object for studying. Its power control system and display system is optimized. The touch screen and high-speed SOC MCU are used for communicating. As a result, automatic control and real-time monitoring are realized.In this paper, touch-screen terminals is used as the host computer, the C8051F060 MCU is the control center, The corresponding dust control interface is supported by image-maker software, fan of the ESP, rapping start and stop, high-voltage output, on-line real-time monitoring is realized by which serial port interrupt system send and receive the corresponding string, In accordance with the sampling high-voltage signal and dust concentrations signal,it achieves the purpose of reducing or increasing voltage automatically. Closed-loop dust control is completed, high dust removal efficiency and low power consumption is achieved.In addition, in this paper, power supply circuit of the MCU and touch screen, the port of driver circuit and the signal conversion circuit is designed for dust removal control system.
