In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, it promotes the rapid rise of high-rise construction industry, and elevator as the high-rise building vertical transportation equipment plays a powerful role in this. The elevator is safe, efficient and quick vertical transportation equipment, it is inseparable in people’s daily lives. Therefore, it is necessary to strive to improve performance indicators of elevator system to ensure reliable operation.With the development of intelligent control technology, the elevator control technology has evolved from the relay control to PLC control and microcomputer control process. As for traditional relay control, due to their mechanical and big electromagnetic inertia, so it greatly reduces the reliability and security of elevator system. However, programmable controller PLC technology has been widely used because of high reliability and anti-interference ability strong, powerful, extensibility, low cost and so on.In this article, according to the running characteristics of elevator, use of existing instruments and equipment in Inner Mongolia university engineering training center, set up a small and medium PLC control system. Design uses powerful, advanced Siemens S7-300PLC, WinCC flexible software and WinCC6.0monitoring software to achieve soft-PLC control simulation and monitoring. In actual design process, through analysis of elevator operation principles and mechanism, program ladder diagram lad control procedures, realize elevator switch door control, registration and elimination of outbound and in call, orientation and layer selection, floor location-layer indicator and layer detection, etc.Based on the actual elevator speed curve, this paper does mathematical modelin g and mathematical deduction and designs a reasonable and practicable algorithm of multi-PID speed regulation, which provides a rationale for the realization of speed control.
