The aging problem and the exacerbations of the noninfectious chronic disease(NCD) make the topic of high quality long term monitoring win the societal attention.The shortage of medical resources in traditional medical systems and the huge costbecome one of the grand challenges in the development of contemporary economicsand society. Novel remote medical monitoring technologies can reduce thehospitalization rate and thus can reduce the demand for the medical resources. Thesetechnologies assist to build up a bright future for the new efficient medical systemswith low cost and high quality. The prevalence of3G technologies make the mobilephones which serve as the mobile terminals in the communication network be the newnode in the internet. Intelligent mobile phones with low cost and the popularization ofworldwide mobile communication network help thousands of people who lack ofphone or can’t access to the networks to employ the mobile device as the daily toolfor communication and data transmission, and also formulate the critical instrumentfoundations for the new generation of digital medical instrumentations and remotemonitoring systems which are based on wireless mobile monitoring and serve for thehospitals, communities and also homes.This article is legislated from the973Program Fundamental Research on theHigh Resolution Imaging Identification and the Personalized Risk Assessment ofCerebrocardio-Vascular Vulnerable Plaques. In our study, firstly, we focus on thevital physiological parameters acquisition and processing in real time, and all of theseparameters are the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases. Afterwards, we investigated on the feasibility, implementation scheme and key technologies of te lemedicinemonitoring based on Bluetooth technology and GPRS technology, create a hospital,community, family and individual real-time integration of vulnerable patients with anearly warning system prototype. Finally, we established a simulation system based onthe Android platform of smart phone, and finished the design of core modules.Based on the research and analysis of the existing remote medical monitoringsystem software products, functional defects, a multi-parameters monitoring systembased on its designed a mobile phone by using J2ME technology. The structure of thissystem is based on Android platform. In this paper, its main research content andinnovation as follows.First, this article introduce the design of a tele-monitoring medical system basedon intelligent phone;Second, By comparing the mainstream smartphone systems in the market,Android system is chosen to be as the software development platform; Based on it,we first build the Multi-parameter monitoring environment, which can accuratelyextracting and loading the data from body sensors.Third, By using the Bluetooth and GPRS Communications method, the controlcommand and physiological signal can be reliable transferred in wireless sensornetworks. The system has been tested with emulation software in an actual Androidcellular phone. The study opens up a future investigation of mobile devicesapplication in telemedicine.In this paper, we designed a remote interactive software system, which is basedon the Android platform of the smart phone. This software achieved the functions oftelemedicine mobile client. The system we designed has the low cost and goodexpansibility, and also it can be transplanted easily. This system can be applied to thefield of telemedicine, as an important basis for the clinical disease analys is, diagnosisand prognosis. It will make the modern remote monitoring more humane, intelligent,and real-time.
