This thesis is about the design and implementation of the hardware platform of mobile telemedicine system. First of all, the concept, application and development of telemedicine system, also the proposition and importance of the mobile telemedicine system are introduced. Second, the key techniques in constructing the system, including the acquisition technology of the physiological information and data, the real-time transmission technology of multimedia, short-range wireless communication technology and long-range communication technology are discussed in detail. Then, this paper proposes the architecture of the whole system according to two typical applications: the home-care and first aid. Thirdly, the detailed design and realization of the circuits of the health-care terminal and the monitoring terminal in the mobile telemedicine system are described, then in which the electromagnetic compatibility design of the mobile terminal are made. At last, a summarization of all my work about this system as well as my expectation of future about the mobile telemedicine system is made. The thesis is divided into the following six chapters:The first chapter introduces the concept, application and development of telemedicine system, and explains the importance of the research and development of mobile telemedicine system.The second chapter introduces the key techniques in the system and the whole architecture of the system.The third chapter analyzes the electromagnetic interference met in the acquisition of the ECG and detailedly describes the hardware platform design of the health-care terminal of this system.The fourth chapter describes the hardware platform design of the monitoring terminal of this system.The fifth chapter discusses the electromagnetic compatibility design of the mobile terminal. The sixth chapter summarizes all my work about this system as well as expresses my expectation of future about the mobile telemedicine system.
