Due to the accelerated pace of life, the time of people recognizing the natural, participating in social practice and perception of the world reduced. More and more people using the Internet now. The Internet has also led to traditional publishing to enter the digital publishing. Mobile phone publishing as the publishing industry to enter the digital publishing’s lead soldier, become the direction for the future of digital publishing.With the help of mobile phone platform, mobile phone publishing is developing very fast in the digital publishing industry, it accumulates wealth to the cultural industry, also creates a rich publishing style, then benefit the people.As Paul Levinson stated "compensatory media" theory, media development to today, is the result of a variety of media consolidation, each kind of new media is in function extension and integration on the basis of the original media. Upgrading of digital products, the original desktop computer to the light and easy to carry reading device is tilted. Mobile media as a new reading devices, absorb the merits of the numerous media, avoids the shortcomings of some media, then mobile publishing produced. The audience is pleased to accept Mobile publishing, to feel the shortcut and convenience of the cultural acceptance brings by mobile publishing However, some person become more or less lack of rationality through the changed feeling. They don’t want to get deep content, but stay on the surface for shallow reading. The habit of this shallow reading will affect the lives of the audience. It easy for people immersed in more comfortable reading environment brings by the mobile media.This constantly changing media environment, making the audience access to diverse information, but there is no authoritative information. Media transmits a lot of information, but there is no point of view in it, the audience pay more attention to self-consciousness, no longer cares about the authority.They no longer concerned about the focus, because the focus has been drowned in a sea of information fragmentation. The audience’s life habits become more and more fragments, their attention will also be more diffuse. They receive lots of information every day, but the useful information is meager. Time is the same for everyone, however, the time of fragmented habits and reading habits occupied the audience a lot of spare time.then the time of reading a whole book is reduced. If things go on like this, the amount of knowledge that the audience really get in the process of reading will be reduce, ultimately affect the audience’s knowledge acquisition and knowledge reserves. If a country’s national knowledge reserves are insufficient, it is difficult to become a great nation.In the same time, the publishers and operators also unconsciously fall into this fragmented environment. Mobile phone publishing should understand the culture industry development environment, and make full use of its advantages, break the bottleneck of development, create more rich cultural products.This thesis based on the development status of digital publishing which in the trend of culture industry development, Analysis of the development of the mobile phone publishing advantages and development bottleneck. Further the thesis analysis of the mobile phone publishing mode of cultural transmission, cultural accepts psychology and habits, the effects of forms of culture itself. Thus the thesis proposed the development initiatives of mobile publishing in the era of fragmentation. In order to remind the digital publishing industry doesn’t fall into "fragmentation" curse, but should to achieve full drive people to think about the dissemination of culture on a deeper level.
