In recent years, along with the development of science and our country technology, new energy and clean energy has increasingly become the backbone of China’s economic sustainable energy resources. Water resource is a kind of non-pollution clean energy. Power station in China mainly includes hydropower station, thermal power station, nuclear power station. Among this several power plants, power generation of hydropower station is basically zero pollution, and our country is rich in water resources, hydropower development has become the inevitable trend of construction of our country. In technical innovation of hydropower station projects, we need water check calculation. In spite of that, by changing the hydropower station equipment, repairing of hydraulic structures, dredging the downstream river channel hydraulic structures, etc, all those measures can improve the efficiency of the operation of the hydropower station.This thesis mainly aims at sharing the same problems in the implementation process of hydropower plant technical transformation project data. Technical transformation data sharing system is used to convenient water calculation module, selection of water turbine type selection module, electrical module, calculation module, engineering budget module structure, economic evaluation module, etc. The main content of this paper include:(1) Hydropower station technical transformation data sharing interface and database design.According to the characteristics of the hydropower plant technical transformation project, this thesis designs the data sharing interface. It is based on interface design, and then designs the database model of hydropower station. Technical transformation mainly includes hydropower calculation design, structure design, selection of water turbine data computing budget data table design, database design, project economic evaluation data sheets and other parts of the design. Technical renovation for hydropower station provides a framework to support data sharing system development.(2) Hydropower station technical reconstruction realizes data sharing function. Through the ADO object model, we can connect to the database. And then implement the data call, storage and output functions of this system. In the process of realizing data sharing function, the system mainly uses the Access database to realize the data connection, query, modify, and storage. The realization of the function of data sharing greatly save computation time, and improve the computational efficiency.(3) This thesis puts forward some advanced calculation methods.In hydropower calculation part, the system uses dynamic programming. In economic evaluation calculation section, the system ages equipment of hydropower station puts forward a concrete calculation method.(4) The thesis combines with the instance for system verification.Technical modification project of Banqiao hydropower station is an example to verify the system. Through the example, the hydropower station technical transformation data sharing system has stronger practicability and feasibility.
