The modern publishing industry in China is an important part of cultural industry, it is not only facing the rare development opportunity but also facing the enormous challenge of the times during the new historical period of Chinese publishing industry. From the point of view of foreign developed countries and regions in the development of the publishing industry and the revitalization of process, the prosperity of the socialist publishing industry, to make the publishing industry bigger and stronger, the most important thing is depending on the talent.This paper argues that the implementation and improvement of talent incentive mechanism of publishing industry in China’s scientific development, sustainable development has the profound influence, can fundamentally enhance the staffs potential, enhance the publishing industry innovation ability, contribute to the publishing industry to form the benign development atmosphere, can significantly enhance the publishing industry’s social benefits and economic benefits.At the same time, in my work in the H press as an example, based on the analysis of publishing industry professionals to encourage the psychological demand foundation, summed up China’s publishing industry the talents incentive mechanism the main disadvantages:talent incentive form is monotonous, almost all publications are mainly dependent on the material incentive, material incentive and the design of the system is not scientific, reasonable; career unit, planned economy inertial effect still exists, compensation system design from modern enterprise management philosophy; performance management methods are too simple, single; not attached to the staff, especially the young staffs humanities concern, spirit incentive; ignore the special role of personal growth and development incentive. In pointing out these deficiencies may on the publishing industry health to develop harm on the basis, this paper argues that China’s publishing industry to establish diversified talent incentive mechanism, through the construction of scientific and reasonable material incentive system, build accord with socialism core values, spirit incentive system for staff to provide individual development motivation levels build multivariate, stereo talent incentive mechanism, exploration and socialist market economy, socialist publishing cause core value system to adapt the remuneration, equity, corporate culture and promotion, title evaluation system to perfection, motivating the initiative of the people.The publishing industry to construct material incentives and encourage the spirit of the perfect combination of talent incentive mechanism, to talented person’s growth, as well as the rapid development of enterprises to create a good environment. Must be good at attracting talent, develop talent, use talent, at the same time, establish a scientific and reasonable talent incentive mechanism, so as to maximize human resources,on the promote the publishing industry scientific development, sustainable development is of great significance.
