The Research On Construction Technology Of Expert Map In Knowledge Management

The rapid development of modern society leads to increasingly widespread information dissemination and burst information growth. Therefore, neither the ordinary individuals nor the enterprises are hardly able to find the knowledge, the truly valuable information to them, from mass information within a short period. As a result, it becomes an imperative necessity to sort and organize the knowledge, since such a means could make the search of information faster and more convenient, but also help the enterprises take the lead before their competitors in today’s information-based society by making full use of knowledge. This thesis will research over the means of enterprise knowledge management and display.To be specific, taking advantage of my experiences to help design a knowledge map platform for an institute, this thesis focuses on the construction of an expert map in an enterprise. The contents of this thesis include:1) Through the analysis and organizing of the overall needs of this platform, this thesis introduces how our program finally renders the tacit and explicit knowledge by a knowledge map. Finally, we implement the management and sharing of professional knowledge of design institute.2) This thesis primarily illustrates over the means to obtain the tactic knowledge. The authority of experts’tactic knowledge makes it possible to judge whether or not an employee is an expert, after obtaining and analyzing the employee’s information. Afterwards, an expert map is exploited to present the relationship among the experts, such that the employees could consult an expert more easily. Meanwhile, the designed system supports the function of fuzzy research.3) Compared with the tactic knowledge, though the explicit knowledge of an institute have already existed in quite large and messy documents. Taking into account that an institute commonly takes charge of planning and realizing a program, it’s reasonable to classify the documents, which stores the explicit knowledge from the perspective of program flow. From the classified documents, the knowledge can be found and then be stored using a Wiki library. The relationship between different explicit knowledge points is presented by a flow knowledge map.4) In order to support proximity query better, we design and Implement the Wiki platform of knowledge map, and associate the wiki items contains explicit knowledge to the good areas of experts through development of Microsoft SharePoint and Fast Search products.
