In today’s knowledge economy, the enterprise’s core competitiveness has become acommercial as well as a source of competitive advantage, building a strong corecompetitiveness of enterprises, to become the cornerstone of today’s enterprisedevelopment. Different companies in different stages of their development in the positionindustry so that the core competitiveness of different elements, but it is still the mostfundamental elements of knowledge management capabilities. How to continue to moveforward steadily in the fierce market competition, by focusing on how to improve andstrengthen the knowledge management and maintain the enterprise’s core competence arethe development issues most in need of attention.The knowledge management is to adapt to the development of knowledge economyera produced, is the management discipline thoughts and ideas to a result of in-depthdevelopment of the resources as people continue to deepen understanding and constantlyimprove enterprise management capabilities emerged. Knowledge management is forenterprises to achieve explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge sharing provide a new way,knowledge management is the use of collective intelligence and innovation to improve theresponse capability of enterprises aimed through knowledge sharing, access and use ofknowledge to improve the entire enterprise competitiveness and its ability to respondquickly to meet the challenges of economic globalization and competition. Therefore,knowledge management is constructed in the era of knowledge economy development forthe enterprise management mechanism of a new guiding ideology and philosophy, is animportant tool and means for enterprises to win competitive advantage.Through the foreign development status of knowledge management in knowledge,almost all the big foreign enterprises have specialized is engaged in the project managementdepartment and project manager,and these small companies are different forms and project management consulting companies or experts to carry out cooperation in various aspects ofthe enterprise project management.Knowledge sharing can also be the subject can be an individual organization, thestudies on the subject focused on knowledge sharing organizational level, including virtualorganizations and virtual communities. The study found that the larger factors onorganizational knowledge sharing organizational systems, organizational climate, corporateculture, leadership style and confidence factors. Although the design of appropriateknowledge-sharing system is not simple, but appropriate reward system (Reward System)helps promote employee contributions to knowledge, improve knowledge sharing degrees.Height care (high care) team atmosphere, and good communication atmosphere, cansignificantly affect knowledge transfer and knowledge creation. Open leadershipatmosphere, the higher the level of employee participation in decision making the morefavorable for knowledge sharing, on the contrary, knowledge sharing centralization wouldhave a significant negative impact. Trust factor is an important determinant of whetheremployees participate in knowledge sharing, determine the manner and extent ofknowledge sharing between individuals, and cognitive trust stronger than the emotionaltrust.Current research knowledge shared virtual organizations is a hot spot. Some scholarsspecializing in the production, study and research collaboration in knowledge sharing;scholars have studied the factors affecting knowledge sharing between coalitions, such asthe closeness of the relationship, trust, cooperation requires cooperation motivation,knowledge absorptive capacity and knowledge availability, etc.; another study specificallyexplores the inter-organizational knowledge sharing virtual efficiency and security issues.The purpose of this project is to establish a moon internal staff knowledge sharingsystem for personal use, for an enterprise, the flow of knowledge constitutes avalue-creating a dynamic value chain, knowledge is the wealth of knowledge along with hisgrowing business and accumulated in enterprise knowledge sharing is the essence ofknowledge management and sharing, knowledge sharing enterprise constantly in operation,accumulation, value-added, knowledge-sharing system that is the meaning of existence lies. The system helps companies and employees to share knowledge, knowledgeclassification, internal news show, so that employees can more easily communicate withexperts within the enterprise, etc., through this knowledge-sharing system to foster a cultureof knowledge sharing, the establishment of knowledge-sharing knowledge managementsystems, and promoting corporate employees and common progress. This is a positive rolein both personal and business systems.This system strictly observes the principles and methods of software engineeringdevelopment. The system is based on the SharePoint platform, using B/S framework fordevelopment of the site, the development environment is Visual Studio2010, the databaseis MySQL. The system includes a knowledge base module, the expert list of modules,sitemap module, forum module, news display module, blog and other six modules, thefunction includes knowledge management, information display, exchange of experts, staffexchanges, and other major functions.The project is very large, the actual development projects, the need to completecooperative multiplayer, I only had part of the function, thefunction module is made projectmanager assigned. In this paper, requirements analysis, system design aspects, the mainfunction module design on the Moon Group knowledge sharing system introduced in detail.
