The Research On Constructing Society Knowledge Sharing Of Library

Human society has entered the 21st century and stepped into the knowledge economy age. Knowledge has become the most important motive force for the development of the society. The environment that libraries depend on has changed and brought a significant chance to libraries. As the pivot for collecting, processing and transferring knowledge and information in society, libraries should reform its mechanism to fit in with the knowledge economy. Namely, libraries should positively undertake the responsibility of sharing knowledge in society and architect its mechanism. If so libraries would fulfill an important function of applying and innovating knowledge in society.This thesis begins with the necessity of knowledge sharing in the knowledge economy, the intimate relationship between libraries and knowledge sharing. It points out that to drive forward socialization of knowledge sharing is an inevitable responsibility of libraries. The author elaborates the concept, elements and features of the sharing mechanism, and analyses the library's advantages in this term. On the basis mentioned above, the thesis discusses the embodied measures from ideology, culture environment, to professional work and technical instruments etc.The article consists of 3 parts, including about 30,000 words, and 4 figures.
